Planable updates

What's new at PlanableFollow us on Instagram

Great news if you're using Slack: we just made it easier for you to stay on top of your notifications.

Our Slack integration is now live and allows you to have all your workspaces' notifications sent to you directly in Slack.

Stay focused on your work and never miss a new piece of feedback, approval request, or post update.

To enable the integration, go to your profile settings -> integrations section -> and connect your Slack account to Planable.

We're ecstatic to announce the Planable x Canva integration.

Your workflow is about to become even more efficient with this latest update. If you're using Canva to create your visual assets, you can now export them directly into your workspace media library. No more downloading and uploading. With one click, your media will be right in Planable.

The reverse works too. Need to make some last-minute edits in Canva? Import your files from Planable, make the necessary changes in Canva, and bring them back to your workspace when ready.

To enable this integration, add Planable to your Canva workspace. Find a step-by-step guide on how to connect them right here.

We've got another great update: you can now tag LinkedIn personal profiles in your posts.

We know tagging personal profiles is a great touch that can enhance engagement and put individuals in the spotlight. And now you can do it right in Planable.

Important note: You can only tag personal profiles that are following the company page you're publishing on.

*To enable this feature, make sure to reconnect your LinkedIn account.

Great news if you're posting to Instagram: you can now create collaborative posts right from Planable. No more back-and-forth between platforms - it's all conveniently in one place!

With just a few simple clicks, you can invite up to three collaborators to join you in creating engaging Instagram posts or reels. Once they accept, your post will be shared with their followers, and they'll be listed as authors of the post.

A couple of things to keep in mind:

  • Collaborators can only be added to posts or reels;

  • Make sure your collaborators have public Instagram accounts.

Great news in the world of Planable analytics: we just added a new layer – audience insights.*

Discover the top locations where your content is viewed and see detailed distributions by age and gender, or job functions and seniority levels. With these insights, you can fine-tune your content strategy and ensure you're effectively reaching your target audience.

*This is available for Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok

Create content even faster with our latest AI feature.

Not only can you create captions from scratch or rewrite them, our AI can now generate captions for a specific image or video.

Upload your asset and hit the "Generate caption" button to get a tailored caption based on your media. It's that easy.

Great news, we're closing the loop for another platform. After creating, reviewing, and scheduling your TikToks, you can now check your videos' analytics data.

Just as with Facebook, LinkedIn & Instagram, you can access detailed page and post metrics, and generate reports.

Gain insights into your account's overall performance: track how followers, engagement, video views, and profile views evolve over your chosen timeframe. Identify your top-performing videos at a glance and see detailed data for all your posts.

If you haven't enabled analytics yet, you can test it for free.*

*To get access to the free analytics trial, you need to have a paid plan.

One of the frequently requested improvements for Analytics is here: dedicated user permissions. Easily choose who can view Analytics in each of your workspaces. Just go to Workspace -> Manage Users -> Permissions.

This is especially useful when you prefer to send out only periodical Analytics reports to your clients or stakeholders — so you can accompany data with all the details and explanations needed.

We got some exciting news for all our mobile app users.

We just introduced the option to personalize your push notifications. Tailor your notification preferences for each workspace, selecting from options like approvals, feedback, or post updates, according to what's most relevant to your needs.

Along with your notification, you can now also adjust your profile settings. Effortlessly update your email, password, timezone, and much more, right from your mobile device.
