Until today, tracking your campaigns in Shopify and AST was limited by static UTM parameters — making it hard to get the detailed insights you needed. Default values weren’t enough to truly understand performance at the creator level.

Now, that changes! 🚀

You can now customize your URLs using dynamic UTM parameters, inserting creator-specific variables like their first name or social media username. With just a few clicks, you’ll unlock much sharper breakdowns and creator-level analytics — giving you the power to make smarter, faster decisions.

How it works:
When setting your UTM parameters, simply insert a variable and choose a dynamic value (like {{FirstName}}). The system will automatically replace it when generating affiliate links.

Exporting large creator lists used to be a pain—slow downloads, capped at 1,000 creators, and worst of all, prone to fail if you were dealing with big campaigns or complex lists. 😩 We knew it was time for a serious upgrade.

Now, your exports run seamlessly in the background. No more stopping your workflow, no more splitting lists, and no more size-related errors. You can export up to your entire community size in one go—whether that’s 500 or 5,000 creators.

Even better, you’ll get an email notification as soon as your file is ready, so you can download it when it’s convenient for you.

Brands were running into issues with discount codes leaking and unauthorized payment requests—all because creators could see their codes and links before being officially approved.

From now on, discount codes and affiliate links will only become visible to creators once they’ve been approved in the campaign. And if you change your mind and revoke that approval? No worries—we’ll immediately hide those codes and links on the creator’s side.

Until now, creators applying to campaigns couldn't see one key detail: the affiliate commission payout rate. This lack of transparency not only made offers less attractive, but also left creators guessing about their potential earnings.

We’re rolling out a new update to the application form that clearly displays the affiliate commission payout rate when this option is enabled in a campaign. Whether it’s a percentage of each sale or a fixed amount, creators will now see exactly what they can earn — right alongside other compensation details. And once they’ve accepted an offer, the commission info remains visible, so expectations stay aligned from day one.

Creating and managing tracking plans used to be a hassle — switching between Workflow and IRM, refreshing pages to see updates, and navigating inconsistent UX depending on your provider. It disrupted your flow, created confusion, and added unnecessary steps right when you needed to move fast.

Now, you can create and manage tracking plans directly within Workflow, IRM, or e-commerce — with no redirects, no page refreshes, and no confusion. The new tracking plan component is fast, intuitive, and consistent across the board. We’ve also improved error handling and added early validations to prevent duplicate names or unsaved changes from tripping you up.

It’s smoother, smarter, and designed to keep you focused on what really matters: launching campaigns that convert.

Until now, users couldn’t specify a minimum purchase amount when creating Shopify discount codes—making it harder to control how and when those codes could be used. This limitation was especially frustrating when trying to build smarter, more targeted promotions.

Now, we’ve solved that. When creating a new tracking plan, you’ll find a new “Limit” section. Here, you can enable a minimum purchase requirement and define both the amount and currency. Once set, this condition is automatically applied to the discount code on Shopify.

To keep your account safer, we’re rolling out Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) with SMS verification! Once enabled, this will add a second security layer once you log in or perform a payment.

To enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), navigate to your account settings and locate the security section. You will then be guided through the setup process.

To simplify mass payments, we’ve added a dedicated column that lets users:

• Easily identity the payment method selected by the creator

• Filter payment requests by payment method

For selections over 100 creators, status assignment runs in the background. You’ll receive a notification and can continue working while the task completes.

Previously, some creators encountered challenges when incorrectly configuring the country associated with their account. Since Stripe does not allow country changes, this required the deletion of the account—a process that wasn’t possible directly through the user interface.

Starting today, creators can now easily delete their existing account right from the platform and create a new one with the correct country details—no support intervention needed.

How it works ?

1. Select payments: Choose up to 50 creators from the payment table who have the Upfluence Pay method selected and are in a ready-to-pay status. Then, with just 4 clicks, you can pay them all.

2. Click "Pay" on the payment table: A new modal opens showing payment details and total amounts.

2. Verify and confirm: You will see then the list of payments selected, with a view on the details and the possibility to remove some of them. Verify and continue.

3. Process payment:

• Tick the box to acknowledge that once the payment is made, it cannot be canceled, and click “Pay,”

Deep links are now automatically activated for all Amazon tracking plans to deliver optimal performance. Clear data shows that deep link URLs convert more effectively so this feature is now permanently active to maximize your results.

To further improve results, we encourage you to direct shoppers to product pages by pasting directly your product page link instead of store pages, as product pages convert significantly better. Additionally, promoting exclusive discounts and best sellers can drive even more success.

We’ve introduced a brand-new intelligent keyword-to-category matching system in Smart Results! This allows us to consider category matching in the global scoring and make sure the best results are displayed on the top of your search results.

When you enter search keywords, our system will attempt to match them with relevant categories. For example, if a you type “Crossfit"“, the system will identify and match it with related categories. In this case, since we already have a Crossfit category, the match is straightforward!

This system goes beyond exact matches. If no exact match is found, the system will identify related categories. For example, if a user searches for “Dog” or “Cat”, the system will identify creators in pet-related categories.

We’ve added a direct link to influencers’ profiles, making you easy to share with your colleagues. When clicked, the link will take you straight to the targeted profile.

When inviting someone to join their Upfluence team, users must assign a role. While the invitation is pending, the role cannot be deleted as every user must have an assigned role. To address this, you are now prompted to reassign a new role if the original role is deleted.

We’re excited to introduce a powerful update to the platform filters! You can now customize your creator searches by adding AND/OR conditions to the social media selection. This means finding multi-platform creators who meet your exact requirements is easier and faster than ever.

• Use the OR filter to find creators who meet your requirements on any platform (e.g., 10k followers on TikTok or YouTube).

Instagram Stories can now be automatically retrieved via Meta’s API, eliminating the need for manual uploads. This feature ensures up-to-date data and saves time by syncing stories directly from creators’ Instagram accounts to the platform.

You now have full visibility into which creators have connected their Instagram accounts to Upfluence Creator Space, making it clear whether automatic Stories collection is active or not.

• Instant Visibility: A creator’s Instagram connection status is displayed directly in their profile panel, showing clearly who is connected and who isn’t.

• One-Click Invitations: For creators without a connected Instagram account, users can send pre-filled invitation emails directly from the platform. These emails include a direct link to a new landing page explaining the benefits and providing helpful resources for a smooth setup.

We’ve introduced a new Status column in your CRM, which displays each creator’s relationship status. These statuses are automatically assigned based on interactions with your team, giving you a clear view of where each creator stands:

• Lead: Assigned when a creator is added to your community, helping you easily identify new creators.

• Contacted: Automatically triggered when any team member sends an email, so you can see who has already been reached out to.

• Engaged: Assigned when a creator is actively involved in a campaign, allowing you to track their deeper engagement.

This centralized visibility empowers you to efficiently manage and segment your creators, ensuring every relationship detail is captured and utilized.
