To keep your account safer, we’re rolling out Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) with SMS verification! Once enabled, this will add a second security layer once you log in or perform a payment.

To enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), navigate to your account settings and locate the security section. You will then be guided through the setup process.

Will 2FA be mandatory?

No, it don’t. You are free to enable it on their account.

As an Admin, how do I know that team members have enabled 2FA?

From the users' management settings, you will see a new icon showing this specific user has 2FA enabled.

To simplify mass payments, we’ve added a dedicated column that lets users:

  • Easily identity the payment method selected by the creator

  • Filter payment requests by payment method

No more manual checks—quickly identify and process payments using the same method, saving time and reducing errors.

Instead of going back to the IRM each time you need to update a status, you can now adjust statuses directly from the side panel. This makes the process faster, more convenient, and better integrated into your overall workflow.

🎉 Introducing Bulk Status Assignment!

You can now select multiple creators (up to 1,000) directly in the IRM and assign them a status in bulk.

For selections over 100 creators, status assignment runs in the background. You’ll receive a notification and can continue working while the task completes.

We’ve enhanced the @handle search feature to properly display brand accounts. Previously, if the account you were searching for was identified as a brand, the search would return no results. This update ensures a smoother and more accurate handle search experience.

Previously, some creators encountered challenges when incorrectly configuring the country associated with their account. Since Stripe does not allow country changes, this required the deletion of the account—a process that wasn’t possible directly through the user interface.

What’s new?

Starting today, creators can now easily delete their existing account right from the platform and create a new one with the correct country details—no support intervention needed.

This update empowers creators with greater control over their accounts, eliminating obstacles and simplifying the process of correcting configuration errors.

With manual statuses, you can now customize relationship statuses to perfectly fit your team’s needs. This new feature giving you the flexibility to create and customize statuses with unique names, colors, and icons tailored to your workflows.

These new statuses integrate with automated ones, pausing automation when assigned and reactivating it when switched back. You can update, modify, or delete manual statuses to keep your IRM organized and accurate

With the addition of status filtering, you can now quickly locate creators by their statuses, view real-time counts, and prioritize more effectively, making relationship management faster and more efficient.

We’re excited to introduce a much-requested feature designed to save you time and simplify payments made with Upfluence Pay. You can now pay multiple creators at once, a feature exclusively available through Upfluence Pay.

What’s new?

Gone are the days of processing creator payments one by one. Now, from the payment table, you can select up to 50 payments and pay them in one go with Upfluence Pay.

Not an Upfluence Pay user yet? No problem! You’ll be prompted to create an account and unlock this game-changing payment solution in no time — a perfect way to boost Upfluence Pay account creation!

How it works ?

  1. Select payments: Choose up to 50 creators from the payment table who have the Upfluence Pay method selected and are in a ready-to-pay status. Then, with just 4 clicks, you can pay them all.

  2. Click "Pay" on the payment table: A new modal opens showing payment details and total amounts.

  1. Verify and confirm: You will see then the list of payments selected, with a view on the details and the possibility to remove some of them. Verify and continue.

  2. Process payment:

  • Tick the box to acknowledge that once the payment is made, it cannot be canceled, and click “Pay,”

  • Then a confirmation toast will notify you of the successful transaction

Deep links are now automatically activated for all Amazon tracking plans to deliver optimal performance. Clear data shows that deep link URLs convert more effectively so this feature is now permanently active to maximize your results.

To further improve results, we encourage you to direct shoppers to product pages by pasting directly your product page link instead of store pages, as product pages convert significantly better. Additionally, promoting exclusive discounts and best sellers can drive even more success.

We’ve introduced a brand-new intelligent keyword-to-category matching system in Smart Results! This allows us to consider category matching in the global scoring and make sure the best results are displayed on the top of your search results.

When you enter search keywords, our system will attempt to match them with relevant categories. For example, if a you type “Crossfit"“, the system will identify and match it with related categories. In this case, since we already have a Crossfit category, the match is straightforward!

This system goes beyond exact matches. If no exact match is found, the system will identify related categories. For example, if a user searches for “Dog” or “Cat”, the system will identify creators in pet-related categories.

We’ve added a direct link to influencers’ profiles, making you easy to share with your colleagues. When clicked, the link will take you straight to the targeted profile.

When inviting someone to join their Upfluence team, users must assign a role. While the invitation is pending, the role cannot be deleted as every user must have an assigned role. To address this, you are now prompted to reassign a new role if the original role is deleted.

Instagram Stories can now be automatically retrieved via Meta’s API, eliminating the need for manual uploads. This feature ensures up-to-date data and saves time by syncing stories directly from creators’ Instagram accounts to the platform.

You now have full visibility into which creators have connected their Instagram accounts to Upfluence Creator Space, making it clear whether automatic Stories collection is active or not.

  • Instant Visibility: A creator’s Instagram connection status is displayed directly in their profile panel, showing clearly who is connected and who isn’t.

  • One-Click Invitations: For creators without a connected Instagram account, users can send pre-filled invitation emails directly from the platform. These emails include a direct link to a new landing page explaining the benefits and providing helpful resources for a smooth setup.

We’ve introduced a new Status column in your CRM, which displays each creator’s relationship status. These statuses are automatically assigned based on interactions with your team, giving you a clear view of where each creator stands:

  • Lead: Assigned when a creator is added to your community, helping you easily identify new creators.

  • Contacted: Automatically triggered when any team member sends an email, so you can see who has already been reached out to.

  • Engaged: Assigned when a creator is actively involved in a campaign, allowing you to track their deeper engagement.

This centralized visibility empowers you to efficiently manage and segment your creators, ensuring every relationship detail is captured and utilized.
You can also personalize status colors and icons, and soon, filter by specific statuses for even greater organization and control.

Customers have reported an issue with the email filter component in the Inbox, where email addresses are not properly identified by their provider.

We’re excited to introduce a fix that will make email identification clearer! In the Inbox, when users filter the “Sender” column, they’ll now see the email provider’s logo next to the address in the dropdown. Whether it’s Gmail, Outlook, or Upfluence, the corresponding logo will be displayed, making it easy to differentiate between providers and improving the overall filtering experience.

Previously, when users sent the first email in a campaign with follow-ups enabled, they were unaware that follow-up emails would also be sent. The initial email send wasn’t clear or alarming enough, leading to confusion and lack of visibility regarding the follow-up process.

We’re introducing an important update to enhance user engagement and visibility! With this release, users will be required to check a box acknowledging that follow-up emails are enabled, ensuring they’re fully aware of the process. Additionally, another checkbox will display the email address that will be used. This simple yet impactful update gives users more control and clarity over what will happen and how, improving their campaign management experience.

Users often struggle to identify the source of a creator, making it hard to know whether they came from a live capture landing page, a store, or a search. Currently, there is no way to see this information in the IRM, which prevents users from understanding how creators were added to their community. Additionally, users are unable to filter their community based on specific sources, limiting their ability to assess the impact of different acquisition channels.

We’re excited to address these challenges by introducing features that will display the source of creators in the IRM! Users are now able to see exactly where their creators came from—whether it’s a live capture landing page, store, or search—and filter their community based on these sources. This will provide greater insight into how creators are added and empower users to better manage their communities.

We heard you loud and clear! Many of you expressed the need to mark email threads as unread even after opening them. Well, we have some fantastic news.

As a user, once you click on an email thread, it gets marked as read, and the red dot notification disappears. Starting today, you can easily able mark threads as "unread" directly from your Inbox and side panel.
