We’ve introduced a new Status column in your CRM, which displays each creator’s relationship status. These statuses are automatically assigned based on interactions with your team, giving you a clear view of where each creator stands:
Lead: Assigned when a creator is added to your community, helping you easily identify new creators.
Contacted: Automatically triggered when any team member sends an email, so you can see who has already been reached out to.
Engaged: Assigned when a creator is actively involved in a campaign, allowing you to track their deeper engagement.
This centralized visibility empowers you to efficiently manage and segment your creators, ensuring every relationship detail is captured and utilized.
You can also personalize status colors and icons, and soon, filter by specific statuses for even greater organization and control.
