Previously, when users sent the first email in a campaign with follow-ups enabled, they were unaware that follow-up emails would also be sent. The initial email send wasn’t clear or alarming enough, leading to confusion and lack of visibility regarding the follow-up process.
We’re introducing an important update to enhance user engagement and visibility! With this release, users will be required to check a box acknowledging that follow-up emails are enabled, ensuring they’re fully aware of the process. Additionally, another checkbox will display the email address that will be used. This simple yet impactful update gives users more control and clarity over what will happen and how, improving their campaign management experience.
